Open the tubes & brush in PSP & minimize. 
Activate the brush54.jpg and export as custom brush. Name it brush54 so that
you can find it when you need to use it. 
Save the mask in your mask folder

Set up the material pallet - Foreground color #d70417 Background color #060201

Foreground Gradient

File - New Transparent Image - 600 x 450

Flood Fill with sunburst gradient
Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - RCS - Un-Eearthly Vortex

Image - Flip

Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - Andrews 15 - Many Ways to do the Same

Activate Mariel_2007_Mars tube

Adjust - Hue Saturation -Colorize     Hue 10  Saturation 247

Edit - Copy - Activate working image - Edit - Past as New Layer
Image Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Right
Place tube on the far right hand side

On the Layer Pallet set the Blend Mode to Dodge - Opacity 56

Right Click on Layer Pallet - Select Duplicate from the drop down menu
Image - Mirror

Highlight Raster Layer 1 - Right click on layer pallet - New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with the dark color

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk (erryeahok1 mask)

Right Click on Group Raster in the Layer Pallet - Merge Group
Image - Resize (mask layer) 120% all layers UNCHECKED - Move to the top

Change the foreground color on the material pallet to #9c061d (dark red)

New Raster layer

With the paint brush tool find the brush54 that you exported

Size 389/Step 32/Denisty 100/Rotation 0/Opacity 100/Blend Mode Normal

Right click once in the top of your working image with the brush
See completed tag for placement

Right Click Layer Pallet - Merge Visible

Activate the MC3043 tube - Copy & Paste on the upper left hand side of your working image
Image - Resize - 90% Bicubic - all layers UNCHECKED
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Porcelain

Activate the Mallu tube - Image Resize 122%  Bicubic all layers CHECKED.
Copy & Paste as a new Layer on the lower half of your working image
See completed tag for placement

Image - resize 95% bicubic ALL Layers CHECKED

Image add borders 3 black (answer OK to popup screen)
Image add borders 25  color #d70417- Select With Magic Wand
Effects - Textures - Blinds

Image - add borders 3 black

Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - DCspecial - TunnelVision

Resize to fit your project, add your watermark, and save as .jpg file or format of your choice.
