This tutorial was created in PSP 11 but can be done in most versions.

Open all of the supplies & minimize in PSP

Filters: 

Filters Unlimited 2 (FF2)- Buttons & Frames
Filter Factory S - Gravatational Lenser 1.2
Penta VTR2

Set up the Material Pallet

Background Color #000000 (black)
Foreground Color #c8d5df (light)

New - Transparent Image 650 x 450
Flood fill New Image with Black
Right Click on Layer Pallet - Select New Raster Layer from drop down menu
Fill New Layer with Light Color
Layers - New Mask Layer from Image
Locate wg_mask_ed_03

Right click on Group Layer on the Layer Palette
Merge Group then Merge Visible
Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory S - Gravatational Lenser 1.2
Settings - 61 - 153 - 162 - 0 - 0 - 0

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Serious Fog
Settings - 200 - 50



Effects - Plugins - Penta - VTR2

Right click on Layer Palette - New Raster Layer
Selections - Select All
Edit Copy & Paste mds 710 tube Into Selection
Deselect
Set the Opacity of this Layer on Normal - Blend Mode Luminance (L)

Right click on Layer Palette - Duplicate
Image - Mirror
Set the Opacity of this Layer on 33 - Blend Mode Luminance (L)
Move this image to the right

Activate the btAshes tube
Edit - Copy & Paste as New Layer on your working image
Set the Blend Mode to Normal - Opacity at 75
With the Pick Tool (Deform Tool PSP9) stretch your image as per the following

Right Click on the Layer Palette - Duplicate
Set the Blend Mode to Normal - Opacity at 84
Using either the Pick & Mover Tools move over using the sample below for placement

Activate the Tubed by Monique_42 tube
Image - Mirror
Edit - Copy & Paste as New Layer on your working image
Place on the right side

Set the Opacity of this Layer on 55 - Blend Mode Luminance (L)

Activate the goth4 tube
Edit - Copy & Paste as New Layer on your working image
Place it on the lower right lining up the steps
Set the Opacity at 72 - Blend Mode Luminance (L)

If satisfied with Tube Placements, Blend Modes & Opacity
Right Click on Layer Palette - Merge Visible
Effects - Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames
Glass Frame 2
Settings 17 - 40

Add your watermark, resize by 90% Bicubic Increments (to prevent quality loss)
All Layers Checked to fit your project.
