Open All the Supplies in PSP & Minimize

Set Up the Material Pallet
Foreground #FFFFF7 – Background #EFEBD7

Set Foreground to Foreground/Background Gradient
Sunburst (3rd button on Style)

Invert Checked - Link center & focal points Unchecked

File - New 650 x 475 Transparent
Right Click on Layer Palette - New Raster Layer
On top layer Flood Fill with Gradient
Effects - Plugins - RCS Filter Pak1.0 - RCS TripleExposure
Separation 255

Repeat RCS TripleExplosure ONCE
Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance

Activate the SS-1239 Tube
Edit - Copy & Paste as New Layer
Move to the bottom right corner
Layers - Duplicate
Image - Mirror - Flip
Using the Pick and Mover tool stretch until it fills the working image
as per the sample below. Turning on the Ruler will help - View - Rulers

On the first floral tube layer - (Raster 3)
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emobss
-1/-1/0.250/64/0.938 for the bottom three settings - Edge Wrap CHECKED

Making sure the top layer is active - Activate the SS-1244 tube
Image - Resize 95% Bicubic - All Layers UNCHECKED
Edit - Copy & Paste as New Layer
Place the woman tube on the left hand side
Make sure the rose petal is positioned correctly framing the side of her face

Close the bottom 2 Layers by clicking on the Eyes

Right Click on one of the Open Layers - Merge Visible
Open all the Layers
The Layer Palette should look like this

With the top (Merged) Layer active
Image - Resize - 90% Bicubic - All Layers UNCHECKED
Repeat Resize with these same settings ONCE

Activate - Raster Layer 2
Right Cick on Layer Palette - Duplicate
Image - Mirror
Set the Opacity at 62
Right Click on Layer Palette - Merge Down

Image - Resize 90% Bicubic - All Layers UNCHECKED

Set the Foreground of the Material Palette to Color #5f4d36
Close the Background on the Material Palette

Remaining on the Middle Layer Create New Raster Layer (Raster 2)
Select the Preset Shape Tool
Rounded Rectangle Using the following settings

Draw your rectangle around the image
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss

Effects - Plugins - RCS Filter Pak 1.0 - TripleExposure
Seperation 255

Repeat TripleExposure
Seperation 194

Remaining on Raster Layer 2
Selections - Select All - Selections Float - Selections Defloat
Promote Selection to Layer
Fill with Color #efebd7
Selections - Modify - Contract 2 pixels
Hit Delete on the Keyboard
Deselect - Merge Promoted Selection Down
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
Effects - Plugins - RCS Filter Pak 1.0 - TripleExposure
Seperation 255

Activate Raster Layer 1 (Bottom)
Fill with the btTantalize Pattern

Effects - Plugins - Unplugged Tools - Spice Dots

Effects - Plugins - RCS Filter Pak 1.0 - TripleExposure
Seperations 255
Effects - Plugins - Unplugged Shapes - Auto Elipse
Note - Auto Elipse may be in Filters Unlimted 2 - Unplugged Shapes

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More
There will be a few stray pixels on the top

With the paint brush tool color #ffffff - Clean up the pixels

On Next to the Bottom Layer (Raster 2)
Selections - Select All - Selections Float - Selections Defloat
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimted 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 1
Frame Size 15 Contrast 28

Deselect

On the Bottom Layer (Raster 1)
Right Click on Layer Palette - New Raster Layer
Once again take the Preset Shape - Rounded Rectangle
drawing lines around the outside

Effects - Plugins - RCS Filter Pak 1.0 - TripleExposure
Seperation 179

On the Bottom Layer - Raster Layer 1
Effects - Plugins - Italian Editors Effect - Picture in Picture

Promote Background Layer
Selections - Select All - Selections Modify - Contract 10 pixels
Invert
Note - you may not be able to see this selection but it is there
