Set Up the Material Pallet

Foreground White – Background CBC4C6

 

Set Foreground to Foreground-Background Gradient– Radial – Angle 2 Repeats 7

Vertical & Horizontal both at 50

 

NOTE: when doing a copy & paste of your tubes, make sure the tube layer is active by clicking on that layer only so that you paste only the tube & not the watermark or the background.

 

Magic Wand Settings

 

File – New 600 x 450 transparent

Selections – Select All –

Activate the ANewChapter image & Edit – Copy & Paste INTO the Selection of your new 600 x 450 transparent image.

Select None

 

Effects – Plugins – FM Tile Tools Blend & Emboss

Repeat Blend & Emboss using the same settings

 

Right Click On Layer Pallet – Duplicate Raster Layer 1

On Duplicate Layer -

Effects – Geometric – Perspective Horizontal

Settings 97 – Repeat 2

 

 

Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance More

Layer Pallet – Blend Mode Normal – Opacity 24

 

Right Click on the Layer Pallet – New Raster Layer

 

 

Flood Fill new layer with gradient

Making sure you are on the top layer – Click on the 1592 girl tube to activate

Edit – Copy & Paste as a new layer

Arrange to the left – see completed tag for placement reference.

Layer Pallet – Blend Mode Luminance L – Opacity 98

Adjust – Soften – Soften More

If satisfied with placement – Right Click on Layer Pallet & Merge Visible

With the Magic Wand Select the 25 pixel border

On the Materials Pallet – Click in Box & find the dcpattern

Set it to Angle 0 Scale 211

 

Flood Fill the 25 pixel border with the dcpattern

Effects – Plugins – FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss Same Settings as used previously.

 

Effects – Plugins – Flaming Pear – Silver

Settings 40 – 75 – 100 – 75 – 0 – Color 1 #cbc4c6 Color 2 White & Glue overlay

 

Adjust – Brightness & Contrast 33 & minus 56

Effects – Plugins – FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss same settings as before

 

Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow settings

Resize 90% again

Image resize 93%

Edit – Copy & Paste as New Layer

Move to the right hand side – see completed tag for placement reference

Effects – Plugins – Eye Candy 3.01 – Perspective Shadow

120 – 68 – 35 – 64 – 100 Shadow Color Black

 

 

Enhance Photo – Clarify – Strength 5

 

 

Layer Pallet – Opacity Normal - Blend Mode Luminance L

 

Click on the 2004_blumen Tube to activate

Image Resize 50% Bicubic Lock Ratio Aspect Checked All Layers Checked

Edit – Copy & Paste as New Layer

Move to the lower left corner – see completed tag for placement

Effects – Plugins – FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss – same settings as before

Repeat Blend Emboss

Layer Pallet Opacity 26 – Blend Mode Luminance L

 

Right Click on Layer Pallet – Duplicate

Image Flip – Move down until edge is touching girl’s hair

 

If you need your image smaller – continue to resize by no more than 90% increments to prevent quality loss.
