Open All the Supplies in PSP & Minimize
Set Up the Material Pallet
Foreground #F1EEAB– Background #C6C59D

Set Foreground to Goldfill Pattern
Angle 0 - Scale 240

File - New 650 x 450 Transparent
Fill with Foreground Color #F1EEAB
Right Click on Layer Palette - New Raster Layer
Fill with Background Color #C6C59D
Image - Resize 80% bicubic - All Layers NOT Checked
On Raster Layer 2
Selections - Select All - Selections Float - Selections Defloat
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
Settings 3 / 3 / 100 / 10.89

Repeat Drop Shadow Changing only the V/H
minus -3 / minus -3 / 100 / 10.89
Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Selection to Layer
Edit - Copy & Paste the mds3625 tube INTO Selection
Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Selection To Layer
Fill with goldfill pattern
Selections - Modify - Contract 5 pixels
Hit the Delete Key on your keyboard
Deselect
Close off the Bottom Layer (Raster 1) by clicking on the eye
Right Click on any open Layer - Merge Visible
Open the Bottom Layer (Raster 1) by clicking on the eye
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - Special Effects 1 - Halftone - Default

Still working on Bottom Layer (Raster 1)
Selections - Select All - Selections Modify - Contract 15 pixels
Right Click on the Layer Palette - Promote Selection to Layer
Fill with Gold Pattern
Selections - Modify - Contract 5 pixels
Hit the Delete Key on your Keyboard
Deselect
Close the Bottom (Raster 1) Layer by clicking on the eye
Right Click on any open Layer on the Layer Palette - Merge Visible
Image - Resize the Merged Layer 90% Bicubic - All Layers UNCHECKED
Reopen the Bottom Layer (Raster 1) by clicking on the eye

Resize 90% Bicubic - All Layers UNCHECKED
Right Click
on the Bottom (Raster 1) Layer
Select New Raster Layer from drop down menu
Right Click on the New Raster Layer - Select Send to Bottom
Working on the New Raster 2 Layer (Bottom)
Selections - Select All
Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Selection to Layer
Edit - Copy & Paste the mds3625 tube INTO Selection
Deselect
Close off the Top Two Layers (Merged & Raster 1)
With the Pick Tool (Deform Tool in PSP9)
Drag the image until it fills the entire workspace
Very important to fill the entire workspace
Fill the Bottom Layer with the gold pattern
Your Layer Palette should look like this
Open Merged & Raster 1 Layers by clicking on the eye
Right Click on the Promoted Selection Layer - Merge Down
On the Merged Layer (Top Layer) - Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
On Raster Layer 1 (Middle white)
Effects - Distortion Effects - Polar Coordinates
Settings Rectangle to Polar - Transparent All Checked
Set the Opacity at Normal - Blend Mode Luminance L
Close the Bottom Layer by clicking on the Eye
Right Click on any Open Layer - Merge Visible
Working on the Merged Layer
Image - Resize - 80% Bicubic - All Layers UNCHECKED
On Raster 2 (Bottom) Layer
Right Click on Layer Palette - Duplicate
Image - Mirror
Set the Opacity of Copy of Raster 2 Layer at +/- 50%
Close the Top Layer (Merged) by clicking on the Eye
Right Click on Copy of Rater 2 - Merge Visible
On the Merged Layer - Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
Working on the Bottom (Merged) Layer
Selections - Select All - Selections Modify - Contract 15 pixels
Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders
Inside - Anti-alias Checked - Border witdh 3
Fill this border with the gold pattern
Deselect
Making sure you are on the Top (Merged) Layer
Activate the Thaiss woman tube
Edit - Copy & Paste as New Layer
Scroll to the top to see Placment
On the Bottom Layer
Effects - Plugins - Adjust - Variations
With Midtones Checked
Click the Original Image on the Variations Screen
Click on Darker ONCE
Right Click on Layer Palette - Merge Visible
