Open all of the supplies in PSP & minimize.

Filters :  Filters Unlimited 2 - MuRa's Seamless Stripe
                          Filters Unlimited 2 - MuRa's Seamless Shift at Arch
Neology - Vasarely Mosaics
FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss

 

Set up the material palettet - Foreground color #81b5b1 Background color #336a55
Foreground/Background Gradient - Rectangular (settings below)
Background IBPattern - Angle 0 Scale 212

Foreground Gradient - Rectangular

 

Creating the Background

Activate the Innocent Beauty File that contains the Alpha Selection you will need
Fill with gradient
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian - 20

Layers - Duplicate
On the Duplicate Layer Apply Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - MuRa's Seamless Stripe



With the Magic Wand Settings at



Select all of the black stripes
New Raster Layer
Fill Selection with the Pattern
Effects - 3D Effects - Chisel - Size 2 - Transparent
Deselect
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - MuRa's Seamless - Shift at Arch



Repeat Shift at Arch ONCE

The Layer Palette should look like this



Set Raster 2 Layer Opacity at 42
Activate Copy of Raster 1 (middle - the layer with the black stripes)
Effects - Plugins - Neology - Vasarely Mosaics - Tile 41



Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - MuRa's Seamless - Shift at Arch



Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss standard settings to both the Top & Middle Layers

On Copy of Raster 1 - Effects - Textures Effects - Blinds




Making sure Copy of Raster 1 is active - Create New Raster Layer

Selections - Select All
Activate the 12c image and Paste Into Selection - Deselect
Turn on Rulers to help with placment (View - Rulers)
Close off the Top Layer so you can see what you are doing
Make sure when you move these images that they fill both the top and bottom leaving no gaps
With the Mover Tool move it over to the Right to 145
Layer - Duplicate
Image - Mirror
With the Mover Tool - Move this Layer to the Left - with the edge laying on the 230 mark
Adjust - Softness - Soft Focus




Sample of Placement Below



Set the Blend Mode on Normal - Opacity at 44 for both of these layers once they are in position
Do not merge at this stage in case modifications of placement are needed after we create the main images
Reopen the Top Layer

Creating the Main Images

New Raster Layer - Make sure the New Layer is on Top
Selections - Load/Save Selections - Load from Alpha Channel Selection #1
Effects - 3D Effects - Chisel - Size 4 - Transparent
Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory 2 - MuRa's Seamless Stripe


Deselect

With the Magic Wand - Select the Black Stripes
Fill with Pattern
Deselect
Withe the Magic Wand Select the other 3 areas not filled with the pattern
Fill with Foreground Color
Effects - Textures Effects - Blinds using the same settings used previously
Deselect
Selections - Select All - Selections Float
New Raster Layer
Activate the Japanese Gardens tube - Copy & Paste Into Selection
Blend Mode Luminance L - Opacity 42 or whatever looks good to you
Deselect - Right click on Layer Palette - Merge Down

Layer Duplicate - Move up & over to the left
Layer Duplicate - Move up & over to the left
Arrangement positions below

Activate the 12c image
Image Resize 295 x 404 Pixels - Bicubic - All Layers Checked
Copy & Paste as New Layer - Move to the right
Select All - Selections Float
Effects - 3D Effects - Chisel size 7 - transparent
Deselect

Activate the BTInnocence Tube - Copy & Paste as New Layer
Line up over the 12c image moving up just a little
Layer Duplicate - Your image should look something like this

Everything is looking satisfactory at this point - but the background needs a bit of tweeking
Go back to Raster Layer 2 (the wavy lines layer)
Layer - Duplicate
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - MuRa's Seamless - Shift at Arch - Same setting used in the first step
Set the Opacity at 52

Save as .psp file to maintain all the layers as when we add borders the image will merge

Adding Borders

Image - Add Borders - 20 pixels symmetric Color White
Select broder with Magic Wand
New Raster Layer
Fill with Gradient
Selections - Modify - Contract 2
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2 - MuRa's Seamless - Shift at Arch



Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel




Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds using the same settings used previously
Deselect

Image Add Borders - 5 pixels symmetric Color #587d7a

Add your Watermark and/or text & resize in 90% bicubic increments to fit your project.
