This tutorial was created in PSP 11 but can be done in most versions.

Filters are not included with the supplies.

Open all of the supplies & minimize in PSP

Filters: 

Filters Unlimited 2 (FU2) Alfs Power Toys– Lattice Tile
MuRa's Seamless – Emboss at Alpha
AIM – USM
FU2 - Alfs Power Toys– Mirror It

Note: The Opacity Settings depend upon the sharpness of
your monitor. Adjust to your preference.

If you use a different main tube - colorize the Working Image

Set up the Material Pallet
I used
Foreground Color #5f6977 (dark)
Background Color #dae4f4 (light)

 

Activate the btluckybkg image
This will be the Working Image

Effects – Plugins – FU2 - Alfs Power Toys – Lattice Tile
Settings       0       0       191       60

Plugins - Effects – MuRa's Seamless – Emboss at Alpha
Settings  128   128   128   64   255   128

Activate Mariel D1052t (dice tube)
Copy & Paste as New Layer on the working image
Move it down & over to the left (See completed tag for placement)

Opcaity 32 Blend Mode Normal

Activate Mariel DZ01t deco tube
Copy & Paste as New Layer on the Working Image

With the Pick tool (Deform Tool for PSP9)
Stretch Straight Up & Down until the bottom and left hand side
fills the entire area


Plugins - Effects – MuRa's Seamless – Emboss at Alpha
Same Settings as Previously   128   128   128   64   255   128

Plugins - Effects – AIM – USM
Settings 241    50    0    0    0    0    3    0   


Set the Opacity at 69 Blend Mode – Soft Light
Right Click on Layer Pallet Duplicate
Image Flip - Set the Opacity at 100 Blend Mode - Normal

Activate CM Raven tube – Copy – Paste as new layer
Move to the right (see completed tag for placement)
Set the Opacity at 100 Blend Mode - Luminance L

If satisfied with all placement & blend modes
Right Click on Layer Pallet - Merge Visible


Select all – modify – contract 15
Right Click on Layer Pallet - Promote Selection to Layer
Selections - Invert
Effects – Plugins – dsb flux – linear transmission
5    14    50 Vertical

Effects - Filters Unlimted 2 - Alfs Power Toys - Mirror Offset

 

Selections - Float


With the Airbursh - Fill each square with the light color #dae4f4
Effects – 3D Effects – Buttonize
Settings 10    10     75     transparent

Selections - Select None

Image add borders - Symmetric NOT CHECKED
5 top & bottom – 10 left & right – dark color


Next make a single tube for embellishments

With the Freehand Selection Tool – set on Point to Point
Mode - Add, Feather 0, Smoothing 0 Check Anti-alias

Hold down the shift key & go around the small top dice on the Mariel dice tube.
If this is a new process for you – start on the bottom right hand corner – hold down the shift key and bring the selection line straight up to the top outlining the dice. Keep the shift key held down & click on the right hand corner. Bring the line to the top left corner – click then continue to the bottom left – click – continue to the bottom right - click exactly on your starting point.
Now the dice should be isolated.

 

Take the dice – Edit – Copy & Paste as New Layer on the working image. With the mover tool place on the top left hand corner (see completed tag for placement) . Set the Opacity at 42 Blend Mode Luminance L
Right Click on Layer Pallet – Image Duplicate – Image Flip

Activate the btlucky text or create your own
Copy & Paste as a New Layer
Place on the bottom right hand corner

Add your watermark, resize by 90% Bicubic Increments (to prevent quality loss)
All Layers Checked to fit your project.
