Two Moons - Rotate & Fade Away

4 tubes - 1 pattern - 1 texture
Put the texture file in your psp texture folder

Open all the materials except the texture in PSP & Minimize

Note: You can do this tutorial several times & it will look different
each time you do it.

Set Up the Material Pallet

Foreground color dark #606734
Background color light #cfc7a2

Set foreground to foreground/background gradient - sunburst – angle 0 repeats 1 H/V 50 Invert & Link Checked

Open the Sentimental PSP Image - this will be your working image.

Flood Fill with gradient

Effects - Plugins - Toadies Weaver 151 48 222

Effects – edge effects – enhance

Selections – select all

Right Click on Layer Pallet & Promote Selection to Layer

Activate the Celtic Rose Tube – Edit - Copy & Paste Into Selection of the working image.

Select None - Make sure your tube layer (top layer) is active

Effects – Image Effects – Offset H300 V225 Center Wrap

Effects – Reflection Effects – Rotating Mirror H/0 Rotation/180 Reflect

Effects – distortion effects – displacement map - Crumpled paper/Tile map/Size 195%/Blur 25/3D Surface/Intensity 92/Rotation 261/Repeat

Effects - Plugins - Toadies Weaver 151 48 222

Adjust – Blur – Motion Blur Angle 51 Strength 100

Effects - Plugins – Mezzoforce Ice

Selections – Load from Alpha – Load Selection #1

Right click on Layer Pallet - Promote Selection to Layer

Activate the Celtic Rose tube - Edit - Copy & Paste INTO Selection

Selections Invert

Activate the Middle Layer

Effects – texture – apply texture 1

Size 50 - 0 1 2 0 315 50 30 Color #DAE4E6

Selections Invert

Effects – Plugins - EyeCandy 4000 – Shadow Lab

Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow 5 5 90 5 color black

Still on the middle Layer - Selections Invert

Effects – Plugins - Bordermania – Frame 2

9 0 110 130 Bevel & Notch UNCHECKED

Image add borders 40 – any color not in your graphic

Select the border with the Magic Wand

On the material pallet - switch to Pattern & find the btspattern.

Flood Fill the border with the btspattern - angle 0 scale 112

Right Click on Layer Pallet - Promote Selection To Layer

Selections - Select All - Modify Contract 15

Effects – Plugins - EyeCandy 4000 – Shadow Lab - Same Settings as before

Right Click on Layer Pallet - Duplicate

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Quick Tile

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow

V/H 5 Opacity 90 Blur 20.79 Color Black

Selections - Select All - Selections Modify - Contract 30

Selections Invert

Repeat Transline Once

Select With Magic Wand & Fill with Pattern

Effects - Plugins - Bordermania - 3D Soft Color #1

Repeat Bordermainia 3D Soft Color #1 Once

Image Resize 614 x 481 pixels - Bicubic - All Layers Checked

Open the btsemb tube - Edit - Copy & Paste as new Layer on the working image.

With the Mover Tool Move up on the inner dark frame - See completed image for placement

Right Click on Layer Pallet - Layers Duplicate - Image Flip

Open the btscorner tube - Edit - Copy & Paste as new Layer on working image.

Move to the bottom corner - right side - See completed image for placement

On the Layer Pallet - Change the Opacity to 18 - Blend Mode to Dodge

Right Click on Layer pallet - Layers Duplicate - Image Mirror - Image Flip

Change the Opacity to 20 - Leave Blend Mode on Dodge

Image - Resize All Layers Checked - Bicubic - by 90% increments until the image is the correct size to use in your project - Save in the folder of your choice.
